Commercial Fuel Delivery FAQs

 

Commercial fuel delivery is the bulk transport and on-site dispensing of diesel, gasoline, DEF, and related products to business customers. Instead of sending vehicles or equipment to a public fuel station, a commercial fuel supplier brings the fuel directly to your jobsite, fleet yard, or facility. This eliminates downtime, reduces labor costs, and gives you better control over fuel quality and inventory.

Minimum orders vary by location, fuel type, and delivery method. Most bulk deliveries start around 150-500 gallons. Contact our team for specifics related to your operation.

Standard deliveries are typically scheduled within 12 to 24 hours. For emergency fuel delivery, our 24/7 dispatch team can often respond same-day depending on location and circumstances. Customers on supply contracts with tank monitoring typically receive automated deliveries before reaching critical fuel levels.

Yes. Our dispatch team operates around the clock, every day of the year. Emergency fuel delivery is available for power outages, storm response, equipment downtime, and any other situation where waiting until business hours isn’t an option.

On-road diesel is used in vehicles operated on public roads. Off-road diesel (dyed diesel) is tax-exempt and used in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, generators, and other non-highway applications. The fuels are chemically identical; off-road diesel is dyed red for identification.

DEF can be added to your regular fuel delivery schedule or ordered separately.

Yes. We supply skid tanks, fireguard tanks, pumps, hoses, and tank monitoring systems. Equipment is available for purchase, lease, or as part of a supply contract package.

Our tank monitoring technology uses sensors installed in your fuel tanks to track levels in real time. Data feeds into our dispatch system, which automatically triggers a delivery when tanks reach predetermined reorder points. You can also access tank data through customer-facing dashboards for your own inventory management.
